The starting scope includes standard preparation, two finish coats, and agreed standard paint for suitable interior walls. Confirm the surface condition, colours, paint selection, and access in your written quote.
The rate measures wall surface, not the room’s floor. Ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, exterior surfaces, drywall, plastering, major repairs, and specialty finishes are quoted separately.
Starting estimates are not a final quote. Any applicable taxes and project-specific charges are set out before booking.

100 sq ft × CAD $2 = CAD $200. The CAD $300 project minimum applies.
Example: a 10 × 10 ft room with 8 ft walls has 320 sq ft of gross wall area before subtracting openings, starting at CAD $640 for the basic wall scope.

needs the right details.
Send photos, approximate measurements, the property location, your preferred colours, and any known damage. Let us know about high ceilings, furniture, occupied rooms, exterior access, and building work-hour rules.
We have active liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Ask for the applicable documents, including any insurance or clearance requirements from your property manager, before work starts.

What is the minimum painting charge?
The basic interior wall painting scope starts at CAD $2 per sq ft of painted wall area, with a CAD $300 minimum per project. Smaller wall-painting projects still start at CAD $300.
Is floor area the same as painted wall area?
No. Wall area is wall length × height, added across the walls being painted. A room’s floor area does not measure the walls. Confirm the final measured paintable area during the assessment.
Does the wall price cover drywall or plastering?
No. Drywall, plastering, extensive repairs, and other surfaces are separate services with their own quotes.
Can you handle exterior, commercial, or specialty work?
Yes, we welcome these project enquiries. The surface, coating requirements, condition, equipment, and access are assessed before we confirm the work and price.
What if there is an underlying wall problem?
Moisture, mould, damaged substrates, or other building issues require assessment and an agreed repair plan. Changes to the quoted scope or price are discussed before proceeding.
